Bradleys Rewind and Testing facilities include a 6,000 square foot climate-controlled winding area. We adhere to time-honored ideals, based on EASA Recommended Practices, to rewind your electric motor or generator. We consult with our ISO 9001:2015 Certified coil manufacturer to verify the specification for the best wire size, turn insulation, and ground wall insulation package for every set of coils. The shape of coils extensions, the coil radius, knuckle ties, and other properties are considered to ensure the coils are made to fit.
Three temperature-controlled burnout ovens with up to 4,000 cubic feet and 50 ton capacity ensure your motor can be rewound in our facility. Bradleys burnout oven process is approved for nuclear motor stators.
Avoid the expense of installation and startup delays by load testing your recently repaired critical motor to identify performance or site related issues. Load testing ensures reliability, verifies performance, ensures compatibility between motors and drives, validates the design of your repurposed motor, and is recommended prior to storage of your critical motor.
Vertical motor load testing is performed with your motor in the upright position. You may monitor your load test on site in our comfortable observation room or remote monitor via the web.
