To our customers and partners,

Last week, we communicated with you the steps Badger Meter has implemented to maintain business continuity and protect the health and safety of all our constituencies. This includes working remotely where possible, suspending non-essential travel, enhancing cleaning procedures and adhering to social distancing practices while keeping our manufacturing and distribution facilities open to support your operations.

Our internal rapid response task force continues to assess the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This is an unprecedented global crisis, which requires extraordinary actions. Badger Meter has a fundamental responsibility to remain operational in support of you, our customers, especially those in the crucial water and wastewater sectors defined as one of the critical infrastructure sectors deemed essential by federal and state governments.

We do not take the employee health and safety implications of our requirement to stay open lightly and are continuing to support and monitor our employees and provide critical health and welfare assistance. This includes heightened awareness and education on safety and prevention measures, enhanced sanitation protocols and frequent communication. The situation is constantly changing and evolving, and we will continue to monitor developments.

Your primary sales contacts and our customer service teams are ready and available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have with regard to your orders and support.

Sincerely,

Ken Bockhorst
Badger Meter Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer
