EMERSON

Rosemount 8795 Magnetic Flow Sensor

The new Rosemount 8795 Magnetic Flow Sensor is purpose-built for data center hydronic cooling applications. This industrial-grade flow sensor provides accurate, repeatable flow measurements for high reliability and uptime in mission-critical data center applications. Designed for data center environments, the flow sensor addresses common specification needs to simplify selection, installation, and commissioning. The flow sensor can host Emerson’s proprietary software designed for short-run installations, enabling accurate flow measurement even when straight pipe requirements cannot be met, as is often the case in space-constrained data center environments. HRS HEAT EXCHANGERS

Thermblock

Based on HRS Heat Exchangers’ proven range of corrugated tube heat exchangers, the HRS Thermblock Series is available with annular space (AS Series), double tube (DTA Series), or multitube (MI Series or MR Series) heat exchangers. All HRS Thermblock Series allow for the adjustment of the heating and cooling cycle of the product, and are ideally suited to HTST (High Temperature, Short Time) pasteurization and sterilization. Often skid-mounted for easy installation, depending on configuration the HRS Thermblock Series can be designed to directly or indirectly recover as much as 90 percent of the energy for reuse. ATI

ATI 642 Alloy

ATI has introduced ATI 642, a new proprietary alloy developed in close collaboration with customers to deliver a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to Alloy 625 for demanding oil and gas applications. Fully developed with Petrobras, Cladtek and EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) partners, ATI 642 will make its commercial debut as part of ATI’s contract with Cladtek for a Petrobras project offshore from Brazil, offering a 20 percent raw material savings compared to Alloy 625. ATI developed ATI 642 to address challenges faced by increasingly demanding offshore projects: achieving the corrosion resistance and performance required for harsh service environments while improving manufacturability and material economics. ALMATEC

FUTUR Series AODD Pumps

As microprocessors continue to shrink and grow more powerful, contamination control throughout chemical delivery systems has become increasingly critical. Even trace levels of particles, ions, or organic contaminants can impact wafer yields and process reliability. As a result, the industry demands greater transparency and verification from every component in the fluid-handling chain. To further support contamination control in semiconductor processes, Almatec FUTUR T and FUTUR H Pumps are now available with individual testing and validation against the particle cleanliness thresholds required for semiconductor UHP applications. Both models are manufactured under controlled conditions and designed for the safe transfer of high-purity chemicals. For more information, visit www.almatec.com.
