SENSAPHONE
Sentinel™ PRO Remote Monitoring System
Sensaphone® will feature the Sentinel™ PRO remote monitoring system at WEFTEC 2016, Booth 3001, September 24-28 in New Orleans. The Sentinel Pro system can interface with any water/wastewater processing equipment that uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) with Modbus sensors. Operators no longer have to be on-site to view real-time equipment statusand get data points from PLCs. The Sentinel PRO system monitors, delivers alarms and logs data input/output points from third-party Modbus sensors, transducers and PLCs. It supports Modbus RTU/485 and Modbus TCP. The system interacts with all existing sensors within a facility and provides operators with on-demand, real-time status and data acquisition from any Internet connected device. GRAPHALLOY
Pump Wear Rings
GRAPHALLOY® GM series pump wear rings improve the reliability and efficiency of horizontal and vertical pumps. The self-lubricating and non-galling properties of GRAPHALLOY materials allow clearances to be reduced by up to 50 percent and still meet API specifications. The GRAPHALLOY fitted pump survives upsets, dry running, loss of suction, slow roll on standby service—conditions that frequently damage conventionally fitted pumps. These wear rings run at temperatures from -450 degrees Fahrenheit (-268 degrees Celsius) to over 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit (538 degrees Celsius) and survive thermal shocks. Many thousands of pumps are operating under harsh conditions because of the unique properties of this material. For more information, visit www.graphalloy.com.
GOULDS WATER TECHNOLOGY
ProPak Kits
ProPak Kits from Goulds Water Technology (GWT) are a convenient packaged solution for constant residential water pressure. The ProPak kits include a three-phase motor, the Aquavar SOLO2 variable speed controller with transducer and the GWT GS water end pump. The packaged kit provides quick and simple installation, and is available with several HP options for maximum versatility and efficiency. The Aquavar SOLO2 Controller boasts a new, more versatile user interface board and an updated transducer that is better protected from transient power surges. Real-time feedback from the transducer enables the drive to adjust to conditions and maintain constant pressure. For more information, visit goulds.com/variable-speed-pump-controllers/propak-kits.
LARSON ELECTRONICS
EPL-TL-1X10W-C-PA LED Signal Light
The EPL-TL-1X10W-C-PA LED signal light from Larson Electronics is a Class 1 Division 1 and Class 2 Division 1 LED signal light equipped with an audible horn and approved for use in hazardous environments where explosive and flammable gases, vapors, and dusts exist or stand the potential to exist. This explosion proof signal stack light is designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and processing status indications in manufacturing facilities. This signal light is equipped with a single 10 watt LED lamp that produces an optional color output of red, blue, green, amber, purple, or white. NETZSCH PUMPS
iFD Stator® 2.0
NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping applications, has introduced the new iFD-Stator® 2.0, which combines efficiency, economy and environmental safety in one unique system. Featuring a two-part, reusable stator housing and replaceable stator, the iFD Stator 2.0 is compatible with all NEMO® NM® series progressing cavity pumps. Changing the stator within the housing is remarkably easy, with simple, compression free assembly and disassembly; the defined compression for the iFD-Stator 2.0 is automatically generated when the elastomer collar is fastened. The new housing concept of the iFD-Stator 2.0 is easier to handle than the previous generation and delivers a longer service life than competing options, leading to reduced downtime and maintenance. KROHNE
Surface Passivation in Variable Area Flow Meters
Krohne, Inc. now offers the option of surface passivation for trace-level analysis for its DK 32, DK 34, and DK 37 variable area flow meters. Passivation is an optional surface treatment for all wetted parts that helps to eliminate surface adsorption of chemically active compounds in the analyzer feed. To avoid adsorption, sample feed lines, fittings and valves can be surface passivated. This can now also be applied to the DK 32, DK 34 and DK 37 all-metal purgemeters that are used for adjustment and monitoring of the sample flow to the analyzer.
