NETZSCH PUMPS AND SYSTEMS
NOTOS Multiple Screw Pumps
NOTOS Multiple Screw Pumps are the most efficient screw pump in the world, resulting in the most energy efficient option for asphalt applications. The design allows users to reduce the tank asphalt temperature by 20 degrees Fahrenheit (-7 degrees Celsius) or more, saving thousands of dollars per year in energy costs and minimizing life cycle costs. The robust design of the NOTOS further drives down the overall cost of ownership by reducing maintenance costs compared to gear pumps and sliding vane pumps. NGH100 Series Oil-Free Reciprocating Gas Compressors
Blackmer NGH100 compressors are highly efficient horizontal opposed units featuring a non-lubricated design available in heavy-duty single-stage (NGH1013) and two-stage (NGH1023) configurations. A key operational characteristic of NGH100 compressors is their ability to handle sour gas that contains up to 8 percent dry hydrogen sulfide (H2S), which is a flammable, extremely hazardous byproduct of recovered crude oil and natural gas. To enhance their compatibility with sour gas, the NGH100 compressors feature select parts (that follow NACE guidelines) in all gas-containment areas. They incorporate steel wrist pins that ride on steel needle bearings for extra life under severe operating conditions. For more information, vist www.blackmer.com.
