Vogelsang RotaCut has officially met compliance requirements under the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA)—a key portion of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). This achievement is more than a regulatory checkbox; it is a reaffirmation of Vogelsang’s commitment to strengthening American industry and supporting the domestic supply chain for critical infrastructure markets.

Recognizing this shift, Vogelsang USA has undertaken an ambitious initiative to re-board and localize production of its extensive equipment portfolio in the United States. The Rotacut macerator is a key product line with an extensive installation base in the United States, and Vogelsang is excited to have this technology meet the BABA manufacturing qualifications. With existing assembly and production capabilities already in the United States, the company has numerous other lines well on the way to achieving compliance.
