Legend announces the acquisition of the extrusion plant in Romeoville, Illinois, previously operated by Corplex. Effective August 1, 2025, the plant will operate under the name Legend USA. The facility will continue to serve Corplex’s packaging customers with the same high-quality products while supporting Legend’s expanding role in the commercial vehicle aftermarket industry. The acquisition reinforces Legend’s commitment to vertical integration, supply chain resilience, and U.S.-based growth.

Corplex manufactures high-quality, multi-layer polypropylene products used in packaging, logistics, and custom industrial applications. Legend supplies high-performance interior protection products for commercial vehicles—flooring, wall liners, insulation, and accessories designed to protect, perform, and last for commercial vehicle fleets.
